How to Download Bank Statement Online

For many financial applications like personal loans, car loans, and home loans, you’ll need to provide your bank statement. Here’s a simple guide to help you download your bank statement in Malaysia.

Maybank

If you are a Maybank user, you can easily download your bank statement online via Maybank2U.

  1. Log in to your Maybank2U account
  2. Select “View Statements”
  3. Your bank statement will be displayed
  4. Adjust the statement date to the desired month
  5. Click “Statement” and download the file

Maybank also offers a free eStatement service, allowing you to receive your monthly statements directly via email.


CIMB Bank

If you are a CIMB Bank user and wish to obtain your CIMB bank statements online, you should use CIMB Clicks.
  1. Log in to CIMB Clicks
  2. Press “My Accounts”
  3. Select “Deposits/ Investment Account-i”
  4. Click the three-dot button & choose “View/ Download eStatements”
  5. Choose the desired month and click the download button
An alternative option you can consider is CIMB’s “Email Statement Delivery” to receive eStatements every month at a cost of only RM1.

Hong Leong Bank

Users of Hong Leong Bank can use the Hong Leong Connect apps to download statements for free.
  1. Log in to the Hong Leong Connect apps
  2. Choose the “Statement/Invoice” menu
  3. Press “Online Statement”
  4. Select the statement in the pop-up
  5. Choose the desired month and download the statement

RHB Bank

If you are an RHB bank user, you can obtain your RHB bank statements using RHB Now.
  1. Log in to RHB Now
  2. Click on your account column
  3. Click “Statement”
  4. Select the desired month
  5. “Save to file” to download the bank statement
You can also subscribe to the free RHB eStatement email service to receive statements via email every month.

Bank Islam

For Bank Islam users, you should use Bank Islam Biz to obtain bank statements for free.
  1. Log in to Bank Islam Biz
  2. Press the three-line button
  3. Go to “my accounts”
  4. Press “e-statement”
  5. Choose “download”
  6. Select the desired account and press “submit”
  7. You will see a list of statements
  8. Press the statement you want

BSN

If you are a BSN user, you can get your bank statement via BSN website
  1. Visit the MyBSN website
  2. Enter your Username
  3. Click the Login button
  4. Confirm your Security Image
  5. Enter your Password
  6. Click on Account Overview
  7. Click on E-Statement
  8. Click on Account Name
  9. Click on Transaction History
  10. Click Print
